At Celestial Perfume, we want you to be completely enchanted by your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't resonate with you, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it remains safe during transit; please note we cannot accept opened or used bottles.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
